meeat is a stupid and simple system for making it easy to hand-build your own Atom feeds. It is not clever at all and involves manual copy-pasting, but you don't actually need to know anything about how Atom works. It basically just fills in a pre-defined template for you, and puts the correct date.

Like all of my JS projects, this uses very modern JS and thus needs a fairly modern browser to work.
If you need anything fancier (in particular, editing the date), just do it by hand, you're already cobbling together the file by hand.
